Acceptance

By installing or using PulseGuard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

PulseGuard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play license terms.

Not a medical device

PulseGuard is a fitness application. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Heart-rate readings are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified medical professional before changing your training or if you experience symptoms during exercise.

Purchases

PulseGuard is offered as a one-time in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. The App Store may offer an install-time free trial period; if granted, your purchase completes only at the end of the trial.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, loss of data or interruption of service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
